A Happier You = A Healthier You

More than 2,000 years ago, the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle said: “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim, and end of human existence.” His words still hold true today!

Countless studies have concluded that being happier doesn’t just make you feel better—it actually brings a host of potential health benefits. One way this is accomplished is by promoting a range of lifestyle habits that are important for overall health.

Genetic makeup, life circumstances, achievements, and marital status all influence happiness, but they aren’t the answer to a happy life!
